Place: My Junior High School
SMPN 2 Bandung is my Junior High School. SMPN 2 Bandung is one of favorite schools in Bandung. This school is located at Sumatera Street Number 42. The location is in the middle of Bandung City.
SMPN 2 Bandung is famous by its clean environment and all of the achievements they had. This school is a green school. There are many plants in SMPN 2 Bandung, espencially 'Pucuk Merah' tree. If you come here, you will see many beautiful places.
SMPN 2 Bandung has so many facilities. There are 30 classrooms, clean toilets, basketball and volleyball field, Games Hall, mosque, fish pond, canteen, green house, and many more. Here are some pictures of the facilities:
There are so many extrcurriculars that students can join like cheerleaders, basketball, science group, choir, ICT, Scout, and Taekwondo. Like other high schools in Indonesia, the students of SMPN 2 Bandung take 12 subjects. There are mathematics, science, English, religion education, art, social, Indonesian language, physical education, Sundanese, and others.
SMPN 2 Bandung also has a lot of achievements such as The Winner of The National Clean School Competition 2014, Adiwiyata Mandiri, Vocal Group National Competition, and many more.
This place is special for me because I'm very proud to be one of the alumnus of this school. I hope in the future, SMPN 2 Bandung will be better and better.
